Support System

As a Teradata Support System your main responsibilities is analyze and design process from client’s requirements to IT solution such as: develop detail business & technical design include writing documentation (Illustrate the business flow, test scripts, document specification). Perform quality control through product testing upon delivery to customer.


  • Graduated from a reputable university with D3 or higher degree. Minimum GPA of 2.75.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong experience in functional testing.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey information to clients.
  • Willing to work hard to meet the project deadline.
  • Able to work individually or in a team work.
